To/From Airport Hotels
Airport Terminals
- Hilton: Arrange for a hotel shuttle to take you to/from any of the terminals (617-568-6700). There is also a covered sky bridge connecting the hotel to terminals A & E.
- Embassy Suites: Arrange for a hotel shuttle to take you to/from any of the terminals (617-567-5000).
Seaport
MBTA Silver Line (SL1)
- From Hilton: Take covered sky walk to terminal E and catch the SL1 to the World Trade Center stop.
- To Hilton: Catch the SL1 at the World Trade Center stop and get off at Terminal A.
- To/From Embassy Suites: Use the hotel courtesy shuttle to/from any airport terminal. Take the SL1 to travel between the airport terminals and the World Trade Center stop
- Cost: $2 one-way

Water Taxi
- To/From Airport Hotels: Use the courtesy shuttle to/from the water taxi stop at Logan. (Hilton: 617-568-6700; Embassy Suites:617-567-5000)
- We will have some complimentary round-trip tickets available for attendees staying at the Hilton or Embassy Suites.
- The Water Taxi stop at the World Trade Center is on the WTC pier.
Downtown Boston
MBTA Silver Line (SL1)
See above for connection to hotel. Take S1 to South Station, transfer to Red Line Inbound to Downtown Crossing or Park Street.
MBTA Blue Line
Use courtesy shuttle to/from hotel to the MBTA airport stop. Take Blue Line to Government Center where you can exit or transfer to other lines.
